Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

This policy explains how E-PPRO (Elite Player Programme) (“E-PPRO”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or get in touch, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

1. Who we are

E-PPRO is the data controller for the information you provide. You can reach us at eliteplayerprogramme@gmail.com or 07597 254456.

2. What we collect

When you submit a contact, register-interest or booking form, we collect:

  • Your name and the player's details you provide
  • Email address and, where given, phone number
  • The player's age group and the session, plan or topic you're interested in
  • Any message or additional information you choose to include
  • The fact and time that you accepted these terms and this policy

We also collect limited technical and usage data through analytics (see “Cookies & analytics” below).

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange trials, sessions and bookings
  • To manage places, plans and payments
  • To keep players safe and meet our safeguarding responsibilities
  • To improve our website and services

4. Legal basis

We rely on your consent (which you give by ticking the box and submitting a form), on taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you, and on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our coaching programmes.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and respond to you — for example our email delivery and hosting/database providers — and only as needed to provide those services. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect a child's welfare.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Children's data

Our services are for young players, but forms should be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By submitting a form you confirm you are the parent/guardian or have their permission to provide the player's details.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email eliteplayerprogramme@gmail.com.

9. Cookies & analytics

We use analytics to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. This may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

11. Complaints

If you have concerns about how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here is the current one. See also our Terms & Conditions.
