What is E-PPRO?
E-PPRO (Elite Player Programme) is a youth football development academy in Surrey and West London offering individual coaching, strength & conditioning and a genuine pathway — led by UEFA B coaches and active pro-club scouts.
Where do you train?
We train at Tolworth (Tolworth Recreation Centre, Surrey) and at Westway (Westway Sports & Fitness Centre, Shepherd's Bush, West London). Between the two venues we run sessions across the week.
What ages do you coach?
We work with players from around U6 through U16, plus a Pre-Academy for ages 5–8. Sessions are grouped by age and ability so every player is challenged at the right level.
How do I book a trial?

Do you offer 1-to-1 coaching?
Yes. 1-to-1 sessions are built around each player's individual development plan and are available at both venues for all ages.
Is there a pathway to professional academies?
Yes. Players developed on the programme have signed for professional academies including Arsenal, Brighton and Southampton, and our staff coach and scout inside the professional game.
Who are the coaches?
Our staff are UEFA B licensed coaches and active pro-club scouts, alongside a specialist strength & conditioning coach and a professional goalkeeping coach.
